Carrying on from part 1 of Xbox 360 Error Codes Explained, I'm about to list the next lot of error codes you're finding on your Xbox 360. Here goes:
The infamous E68 Error CodeThis error code is one of the easiest to sort out. What is it? It happens to be a Voltage Error. This is a common problem and can be easy to sort out when you know how. If you read information on the Microsoft website they tell you to "Contact Xbox Customer Support". In the first instance you may want to do this. If your Xbox is still under warranty you may wish to send it back to Microsoft who will in turn repair it and send it back to you.
Unfortunately, this is going to take time and leave you without your beloved Xbox. There is another solution. The E68 error is famous for "fans sucking up too much power" and also unnecessary accessories attached to the Xbox.I've mentioned this in other guides I've written. Why not switch off your console, remove just some of the accessories plugged into your Xbox (ones you're not using at this point in time), remove the external fan unit if your have one installed, hard drive and USB. Now, If there's any case modifications it's probably best to check those out as well! Replace all items I've just listed apart from the unecessary accessories and see if that made a difference.
The E69 ErrorI could have mentioned this error in part 1 and for some reason I didn't. My apologies. It follows the same rule as the E67 error. The problem is going to be a hard drive error on your console or a problem with the internal connection. As I mentioned in Part 1, you may need to contact Xbox customer support for this specific problem as long as your Xbox is still under warranty. Let me stress that you can still send your Xbox 360 in to Microsoft to be repaired, even if it's out of warranty exept it will cost you an arm and a leg to get repaired.
The E74 ErrorThis error will be discussed in more detail in part 3. For this part I'll only touch on what this error is and what you can do to fix. Probably one of the most popular errors. It's normally an overheating problem with your console. A quick fix for this problem is to switch the console off for a few hours and then switch it back on once its cooled down. Please note that this is only a temporary fix and there may also be other fixes for this problem.
In truth you will need a detailed manual with pictures and videos to help you. You can find such manuals online.
