Here Goes....
First of all try turning the Xbox 360 console off and on. you need to do this using the following steps and in this order please.1. Turn off the console.
2. Disconnect all the cables.3. Reconnect all the cables.
4. Turn the console back on.Once you've done these steps turn the xbox 360 console off and on without accessories too. Again follow the instructions in this order please:
1. Turn off the console.
2. Disconnect all accessories that might be connected, i.e. disconnect all Xbox 360 controllers, memory Units, and the Hard Drive.
3. Once your accessories are completely disconnected, try to restart the console. This is to determine whether your console or an accessory is experiencing the problem.Bugger, These Don't Work!
If these actions don't work, you may find that there may be dust in your av cable. Unplug your av cable and blow out any dust that may have built up over time. You'd be surprised how quickly this can get clogged up. Then re-connect the cable and turn the console back on.If this still doesn't work then you may have more serious problems. Don't worry, you can find several xbox repair guides on the net that can give you detailed instructions on how to fix the problem. Some of these guides give you a step by step instructions on what to do and what not to do.
